Our maintenance team strives to get items addressed as quickly as possible, but please understand that it takes time to coordinate with owners and send proper vendors. We kindly ask that you please use discretion when calling our maintenance team and that you do not call our maintenance line for non-emergencies over the weekend.
Below are the requirements for addressing a maintenance issue under the Utah Fit Premises Act. These repairs do not have to be completed within this window; however, substantial corrective action must happen during this time frame. Substantial corrective action can be as simple as calling vendors to schedule repairs.
Emergency Habitability issues: 1-3 days | Non-Habitability: 10 days | Imminent loss of life: 24 hours | General issues: 15 - 30 days
