If you were billed for property or carpet cleaning on your security deposit disposition, one of two things happened:
1. You provided receipts for professional property and/or carpet cleaning that was insufficient - Unfortunately, this happens quite often. You will get a Groupon for property/carpet cleaning and the checklist outlined in the move-out packet was not completed. We document all of the areas missed in the move-out inspection and have to send another professional cleaner to finish the job at your expense.
2. The property and/or carpet was cleaned, but we were not provided with receipts at move-out - In order to confirm that the property and carpets were professionally cleaned at move-out (as that were at move-in), we must receive the receipts from the vendor. If we did not receive these when you move-out, we will assume that the property and/or carpet was not professionally cleaned and we will send our vendors to finish the job at your expense.
