This is not an additional fee to you. Unfortunately, our property management software has a few nuances when it comes to its accounting features. You will notice that the utility fee for water/sewer/trash listed in your lease agreement is equal to the utility fee and administrative rental income listed on your ledger.
If you do not pay a flat fee for water/sewer/trash, the rental rate listed in your lease agreement will be equal to the rental rate and administrative rental income on your ledger.
