Since it does take a lot of time and work for us to coordinate vendors to return the property to rent-ready condition, we bill at a rate of $40/hour with a one-hour minimum charge for any expenses related to repairs, cleaning, repainting, trash removal, etc. This is outlined and agreed to in the lease agreement and will be deducted from the total security deposit refund.
