We completely understand that it might make you a little uneasy that someone will be at your home conducting an inspection. If it makes you more comfortable, you are more than welcome to be present when we visit the property. Unfortunately, due to the number of inspections we complete each month, we are unable to coordinate the inspection date and time with each resident. We will give you as much notice as we can regarding the day we will be conducting the inspection, but we are unable to re-schedule this if you aren't able to be home during this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
